Gwasanaeth cyhoeddus ddydd Mercher Mai 1af yn Eglwys Sant Cristiolus, Llangristiolus am 11.00 y bore. Rhoddir i orffwys ym Mynwent Newydd Llangristiolus.
Blodau teulu yn unig ond derbynnir rhoddion er cof am John yn ddiolchgar tuag at Clwb Rotary Llangefni i'w dosbarthu i achosion lleol drwy law'r ymgymerwr

A much cherished and adored husband to Jennifer, beloved father to Brian and Trevor and father-in-law to Jo and Sarah, a proud taid to all his grandchildren, a treasured brother to David and the late Gwyneth, Owen and Emlyn and a much-loved uncle. John will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends.
Public funeral service on Wednesday May 1st at St. Cristiolus Church, Llangristiolus at 11.00am. Followed by interment at Llangristiolus New Cemetery.
